Greetings, fellow traveller!

My name is Niclas Frederic Sturm, currently living in Lisbon/Portugal and pursuing a PhD (unrelated to any of the topics of this blog).

Boustrophedon is a blog dedicated to documenting miscellanea of everyday life, sometimes relating to history, language, culture or amateur philosophy and commentary.

"Boustrophedon" is the name of a style of writing practiced in Ancient Greek, where the lines flow from left-to-right and from right-to-left, "as the ox turns".
